The very rare!! and infamous February 23 1942 issue of TIME magazine, featuring the INFAMOUS Heyrich ''Gestapo Executioner'', caricatured on the front cover by the fantastic artist Boris Artzybasheff, who was an American illustrator of Russian origin active in the United States, notable for his strongly worked and often surreal designs. See photo's of the content of the magazine (some photo's have not been shown due to the shocking nature, includes meeting with Heydrich Hitler, war crimes etc). This is a very rare issue of one of the most notorious German WW2 figures!
